Solo build for 29 Integrity Logistics, LLC, a service-disabled-veteran-owned small business holding federal government contracts

  • Designed and built a mobile-first Progressive Web App solo (architecture, database, UI, AI integration, and deployment), replacing paper/text-based field operations with a role-based app used daily in production
  • Built compliance-automation features for federal contract requirements (SAM.gov expiry alerts, SDVOSB credential tracking, chain-of-custody PDF generation) and an offline-first sync layer for low-connectivity field use; shipped to production with a Lighthouse audit of 97 Performance / 100 Accessibility / 100 Best Practices / 100 SEO

Self-initiated case study: AI decision-support interface, WCAG 2.2 AA

  • Designed a clinician-facing triage dashboard grounded in a synthesis of 18 peer-reviewed and expert sources, Stark-audited to WCAG 2.2 AA prior to usability testing
  • Round 1 Useberry testing (SUS + NASA-TLX, n=3) scored 73.3 SUS with 100% task completion on alert triage vs. 0% on the AI-confidence decision; Round 2 retest (n=2) traced the miss to two distinct causes via click-path analysis, reframing the next iteration
